@Charles Bruce @Russell Brazil can help you out with Frederick area! We are also looking in there but hard to find. Do you invest in Bridgeport Ct? I went to school at Sacred Heart and had an apartment in Bridgeport for several years.

We looked at a couple town homes for buy and hold in Funkstown MD, south of Hagerstown. The area seemed ok and of course at the right numbers the deal could work. Anyone have any feedback on the Halfway area in Hagerstown for flips? I was surprised at how much retail and commercial developments they were doing right off the freeways there.

Welcome to BP @Forrest Bush! You have come to the right place for good information on REI. I am a local investor in the Westminster area. The deals are hard to find today but there are still possibilities. I am currently working on a flip and had a property go under contract in 5 days. Both are in Westminster. There is a meet up at Maggie's every third Thursday. I have gone to several of them. It is a small group that is just starting out. Good network opportunities for people in the area. Good luck with your investments opportunities.

Great information as usual @J Scott What are your thoughts on the smaller multi family playing field? I have picked up 3 duplexes in the past two years at about 60-65% of value. I am actively flipping properties but am concerned about how much more difficult that has become. I am also in the coach carson program and have found it very informative. Look forward to reading the book!
