Welcome to BP! I am new to REI and am hoping to flip my first property in 2016. Currently looking at Carroll, Frederick, Baltimore county, and Montgomery county. Have some pieces of the puzzle put together and educating myself everyday! I am also interested in exit strategy, creative financing, and networking. Just read J Scott book on flipping houses and @Joseph Englandhit it right on the head. The time you can devote to the project will determine if you can hire subs vs a GC. Good luck with your flip!
