I was just going to comment on the non- recourse loan, @Brian Eastman been doing a lot or reading this weekend. Good luck with your purchase @Peggy Mitchell, Brian is very knowledgeable in my short time in dealing with him. There is quite a bit of red tape to go through with SDIRA!
