I have had the same experience with Zillow vs Craigslist! Was surprised myself because I heard Craigslist was place to navigate for a lot of real estate information.

Anyone have any feedback on a metal roof? Looking at property built In 1941, not sure if roof is original?? Very ugly green color. Can you paint metal roof? Is it worth changing it?
