@Sarah Smith. Hello Sarah. You do have resources that you can pull capital from. Also you have a network of people you have done business with. Your local REIA Group is another resource to tap into. Find syndicators in your market place to connect with. Joe Fairless has a great free resource.

@Joey Saldaña. Hello Joey.  Education is the best place to start. It is going to take time.  Start networking with the types of investors you want to become.  BP is a great resource.  Joe Fairless has a great book for you to dive into.  Don’t overload yourself and get paralysis analysis.

@Derrick U. Hello Derrick. You need to go about this a different way. You, yourself need to know hat is a good deal. You need to educate yourself, research MSA's and add value to for another investor and see if they will put you under there wing. Raise capital will can talk about later. Have you been to your local REIA meetings, networking events, told everyone what in intend to do? You have a dream now. A team is not going to follow your dream yet. As you build yourself up your team will start to build up.
