Hi Fellow Canadians,

It is impressive to note that they are so many of you on this forum. I help foreign investors invest in Texas, and Canadians are among the top three nationalities who invest here (very close with Mexico and China). I find that Canadians who invest here do so for two reasons: sound financial judgement
(Returns are great here) and the attraction for a warmer climate.
I look forward to helping those of you want to adventure outside of their homeland.

Thanks

Hi all,

As a former oilman myself, I have benefited from 2 oil booms (till 2006 and 2011 to 2014) but I also have seen the busts. For those of you who invest in Alberta, may I remind you that your oil has the highest cost of extraction on earth. The cost + pressure from environmental groups will affect future development in Calgary. Now I will let you imagine what Calgary will become if oil exploitation drops (which already is happening). The same happened to Dubai a few years ago and it was not pretty, but Calgary will be worse as there is no other attraction there than high paid oil jobs (Dubai has tourism and a bit of financial industry as well).
My company proposes full service package for international investors in the US, including entity setup and financing throughout the US (even if you have neither visa nor credit in the US).

I look forward to help you investing here.

Best.

Hi Yousef and fellow Canadians,

Not only does rental investments in the US provide better yields than in Canada, it also is a better environment to invest. As an example, the Texas property code is very landlord friendly and the acquisition process is simpler thanks to the use of title companies instead of 'closing attorneys'.

I do help Foreign buyers purchase investment properties in Texas and I also can finance rental investment properties across the nation (even if you have neither US credit nor Visa).

Happy investing.

Francois

Hi Massimo and fellow Canadians,

Texas is also a great place to invest because it has: 1) Pro-landlord laws 2) Affordable prices / good returns 3) No state income tax 4) population and economic growth which has driven prices higher.

I specialize in helping foreign investors buying real estate in the US and more specifically in Texas.

Here Canadian are among the top three foreign buyers along with Chinese and Mexican buyers.

I provide financing for these international buyers. This financing is purely asset based and understand foreign buyers’ situation. For Canadian, the situation is easier because all your documentation is in English.

I would be glad to help you purchase and finance your properties here.

Best,

There are many ways to structure this, do not overcomplicate if you are going to hold just a few properties.

If you are interested in the Texas market, let me know, as a simple LLC can be formed for under $1k and that is really all you need typically.

Yes I do, there are 2 local texas funds who are pretty agressive in their underwritting.

Feel free to contact me directly if you want more information. As a foreign investor, may I ask why you chose Indianapolis? Texas with its landlord friendly law and strong economy is a better market at the moment.

I work with many foreign investors and I was one for many years as I was investing in Houston while being overseas. In Texas there are a few private funds that lend, with ease, to foreign investors.

They do not fall under banking regulations hence their underwritting is easier and faster.

Feel free to contact me if you are interested in investing in Houston.
