Human handwritten envelopes definitely have a better open rate, and there are already direct mail companies that provide this service.

@Brett Buchwald honestly, it exactly as @Ryan Dossey just said. We handle millions of leads every month, so to even attempt to filter through them and find list criteria and area that someone else would want would be a huge waste of time. Its much easier for us just to pull a new list from listsource.

Definitely cheaper to have us send them. if we ship to you, you'll have to hand apply a .34 stamp on small postcards or a .47 (.49 starting 1/22/17) stamp on letters and large postcards.

Once a month is perfect, any more than that and you'll be wasting your money. Remember, you cannot create motivation, you just have to be on their mind when the motivation arises.

You can get ListSource leads through 3rd party retailers for a fraction of that cost.

As @Ned Carey said, there's definitely services out there. Some even offer the entire letter human handwritten.

Hey @Devin Mann, There are quite a few of us on here, some are owned by actual Investors. Just do a quick search up at the top for "direct mail companies".
