@Vincent Hicks welcome to BP. Yes, networking is very important, that's how things can get done, don't forget to take action going out and finding motivated sellers.

Also, checkout the podcast, YouTube, and search around BP for anything and everything. I'm sure there are a handful of REI's in Florida in your market to network with as well on BP.
