We missed several faces today so I hope everyone was well. We had a couple new faces and with that I hope everyone had a chance to meet and greet this evening!   

One thing I do want to make very clear for everyone new and old to the group, the environment I provide is supposed to be a safe, fun, positive environment for sharing how real estate investment has enriched your life and how you may be able to help those around you with similar goals to do the same. This neutral environment in which families, people’s, and person’s have strived hard and long to be able to provide for their future goals and aspirations by means of real estate investment should be respected at all costs.  If in the case you feel you cannot abide by this understanding because of persons attending I will understand.  I will from now on try my best to make sure I have an ongoing list of who is and who isn’t potentially coming to said invites as not all are BiggerPockets members.  

As far as needs this is what I heard but please add as you see fit:

Hello Everyone!

I apologize for not being able to get this out sooner, but YES, for your networking pleasure we are holding another BP Meet-up at the MT Pints!  Same deal as last time, come with stories to share, insights to give, and a neighborly ear for listening to others. :)

I was trying to have a speaker and different venue lined out but the speaker I had needed to take a miss this time so we will default to the MT Pints plan this time.  For future events I will try having a person that can share something or present something to the group that would be beneficial for most if not all that will then lead into the social time we’ve been able to build relationships on thus far.

Please let me know if you can come as soon as possible so I can give a more accurate number to give MT Pints when reserving space.  Hope to see you there and stay healthy!!

Super bummed to hear about this property and your situation, it’s actually just two houses down from where I’m helping someone else get their property ready for sale, so I saw this house regularly. 

The scenario you pose to bounce back is a unique thought though with you having first dibs, same price, and possibly fixed up. I would think the original deal would no longer hold as the legal description of the home will have changed but that you would hold the position of First Right of Refusal.  I’m not the guy to know this, I’m just really curious.

Please let us know what you find out as this is really interesting.

Another SUPER fun night meeting and networking with people!

Tonight the biggest needs that came out were  @Sam Williams and @Amanda Williams are looking for potential people willing to do seller financing options. Keep them in the back of your minds as things come up in your future conversations.
