@Annchen Knodt I actually had difficulty finding anyone to do BPOs for me. One realtor said she did them but it was pretty much just a CMA. I think a CMA &/or appraisal would do the trick.

So if I have an ITIN and have used my US credit card from TD/RBC responsibly. Am I then trackable in the US system? Like can a lender pull my credit based on the ITIN number?

Thanks Chad. Miranda, I have a Houston-based wholesale business and live in Calgary. You might also want to look up Steven Enns. I'm sure he's on Bigger Pockets but I don't have him as a contact. He wholesales in Texas as well and I believe he lives in Vancouver.

I am a Canadian citizen with a U.S. real estate investing business. Up to this point, I haven't put much attention into building my credit (or my business credit) in the USA. Is there anyone out there who can offer some advice on how I can either grow credit in the US as a foreign national or build business credit? The business credit might be easier to accomplish.
