Please forgive me, Mr. Todd Fry, but why shouldn't the TRUTH be posted? I am still fairly new on BP (3 months), but I am hyper ~sensitive to scams. I quintuple~check....then I wait.

THEN I go forward. There are some new people here that need the unvarnished truth. Some may pull the trigger quickly, leaning on the fact that BP is a highly reputable site. When I hear stories on BP of someone spending $25K on a RE program, or some snake oil salesman ripping someone off.... I get bent out of shape! The TRUTH is owed to every and all members and visitors to BiggerPockets. 

The Truth. It's the right thing to do.

Diversification is key and preservation of capital is King!! I love Index Funds because they capture the entire Market.

Well said, Caleb H! Diversification is imperative. My Index Funds have returned 29.89% over the last year & 15.92 over the last 5 year period. Let Index funds sit for the long term and you will make a lot of money. Just like Warren Buffet says, if you are the average investor (which he says, I think, 96% percent of people are), dump your money in Index Funds. He's worth, what, 75 Billion? :)

Of course, have RE in your portfolio as well!  $$$

Anthony G., I am not basing it on the Industrials. The Dow just topped 25K! Period. And 2018 will be an excellent year for for RE investing! Period.

Yes! The Dow Jones Industrial Average just topped 25K! It will be an incredible year to add RE to the investment portfolio!

Yeah, of course "At Morris's request" you pulled the videos. I am so sorry that you are going through this @Todd Fry. We all work so hard for our income, and to have this happen. Heartbreaking. @Jay Hinrichs has been dead on right in talking with him over the last few days. I am on the cusp of investing OOS, and wrote a post about it, now I've pulled back a bit because the properties I had been looking at are in the $25K~50K range. 

Why should you pull the videos, what is wrong with the "Unvarnished" truth? I don't want any sugarcoating. Ever. I will still, for sure, invest OOS, I just need to regroup, and be SUPER~CAREFUL when doing so. 

Really disheartening when this happens. Oh, and @Nikki N., are you still are considering that company? And you live all the way in Beijing ? I am only in California, and I say FORGET IT. There are TurnKey companies that have stellar reputations, go with those. Seriously, after almost 50 posts on this thread regarding this company, and especially after the TRUTH of the videos were taken down, you are still considering? Think about it.

OOS investing. Kinda scary.

Wow. Steve DellaPelle & Matt K. Thank you so much for the critical information, I am writing every single word of both of you in my investment journal. Wisdom that I want handy until it becomes a part of my investing automatically. Please forgive on these posts, they are strictly from my Note 4 Cell, my MacBook is useless in the Radiology Department. :( Thank you Steve & Matt, I'm pretty excited about this first OOS Investment!
