I am asking for a loan to invest in NPN's that are being sent to me that I would like to buy at a deep discount and make them performing again... The investor can make 8% percent interest only... for either one note at a time or a number of them bought from a bank tape...

If an investor is interested in a joint venture in bank notes in an LLC, we can certainly discuss it...

Hello Fellow investors; as some of you already know, I deal primarily in NON-PERFORMING NOTES... I have an opportunity to purchase NPN's and make them performing again through loan modifications...

I have been sent five mortgage notes to buy at a deep discount.. May be more in the near future. If any private investor is interested, please consider that all investments are backed by real estate... In fact, I will contractually stipulate that within the modification loans that become performing again, if by some chance the mortgage becomes non-accrued, the note will revert directly to the private investor.

We can also contractually stipulate that if I have to foreclose, in any case, the investor will gain a percentage on the resale of the foreclosed property once it's in my company's possession...

Oh... I've heard of Scott Carson.. in fact, I have subscribed on his Youtube channel. I will do that @Chris Seveney,... I have a feeling that bank tapes will be the norm in the near future, once I get through this first one(process),,, 

I am happy that you are interested in the tape of REOs and some nonperforming notes sent to me.... The first thing that I want to do is get all of absolute info of every note and property. Then discuss with the person, what documents that they will need from me...

I will get back with you as soon as possible... Possibly on Monday-Wednesday...

I am sure that I will need to sign a non disclosure...

I have studied everything possible about the note business on my own and watching videos without giving thousands of dollars that I would rather keep... But the time will come to approach a true guru that can help me be proficient when the money is more plentiful to spare...
