@Himakesh Dileep
Fantastic job! Welcome to BiggerPockets. I would like to echo what many of the others in this post have stated. Reading books, working in a field of interest, interning, shadowing experts, reading in BiggerPockets, and connecting with experts here in the forum. You might notice there has been a few people comment already and that’s because they care, wants to share, and or would love the opportunity to help you! You are young, appear to have ambition, hungry and that’s also. My biggest advice to you is BE COACHABLE. It is easy to think you know what you are doing – once you get some experience under your belt. But know you can always learn from not only the CEO of a company, Executive, Vice President, Broker, but the janitor as well. The point is no matter who he or she is and at in life – they can provide you useful information. BiggerPockets will be a great weapon for you.
10 Things That Require Zero Talent
1. Being On Time
2. Work Ethic
3. Effort
4. Body Language
5. Energy
6. Attitude
7. Passion
8. Being Coachable
9. Doing Extra
10. Being Prepared
Best of Luck!

Welcome to BiggerPockets. So glad you have joined the platform. Please take out the time to do some research on here and you will find many liked-minded and non like-minded individuals. This platform is full of knowledge and great connections. At the top right of your screen there should be a bell. If you click this bell, click the keyword alerts, and type in your desired keywords . . . . . You will always be notified when someone posts about it. Example: If you type “Interior Design” you will get a lot of post hopefully from those who are in or knowledgeable of the field.

@Whit Ewen
Thank you for your post! I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in understanding how our business operates and for taking the time to personally speak with us to discuss your one property in Austin, TX. As mentioned in or email on March 11, 2021, we value customer, resident, and team feedback! In fact, we care so much we tell people we are not in the property management business – we are in the people’s business. However, we regret that we did not answer your questions to your liking. We teach and train our staff on how to listen empathically and seek to understand the client’s perspective before responding. We also encourage them to close the the loop with a member – if they don’t have the answer to a client’s concern or question, they find out and follow up with the client. I wish you the best on your journey finding a property manger that is the best fit for you, understands what you are looking for, and most importantly deliver.
Should you wish to discuss the issue/situation further, please do not hesitate to contact us via email, phone call, and or office visit. Our doors are always open.
Best of Luck!
