@Paul Benati For Jacksonville, JWB will be the name you here for turnkey. They have great PM but they don't take on properties that you don't acquire from them anymore. I've worked with them and know a few others who have as well, all with good results. Hope this helps and feel free to PM me if you'd like more insight on Jacksonville.

Hey Allison,

I used realestateexpress.com too. I went with it because it was the cheapest. I think it depends on the type of learner you are. I liked it because I was able to go through it quickly, at my own pace and I passed on my first try. So it did the trick for me, but I know many people that do better with in-class training and I'm sure there is a lot of additional information you can get from an experienced instructor that the on-line course wouldn't provide.
