I wanted to add that dealmachine is just a tool that automates driving for dollars. So whether you use dealmachine or not, driving for dollars is a great way to find deals. We have found that it takes at least finding 200 distressed homes, and following up with each other 3x over the course of 3 months. So keep going! Consistency is key!

Hello Jared,

I used Deal machine briefly. I believe the monthly price is too high. The app is pretty accurate in terms of recording addresses. However, enhanced searches ( provides phone numbers) or to sending mailers directly from the app cost an additional fee. If you have a decent size marketing budget, then the app might be a good fit. Just my two cents.

Totally get having a smaller budget when starting out. I wanted to share something that would be helpful, even if you're not using dealmachine. If you're driving for dollars, we've found that it takes finding 200 distressed homes, followed up with 3x each over the course of a few months. So that would be a good goal for you if you're going to drive for dollars! DealMachine can just make things easier and more scalable for ya once you are ready!

Welcome @Kyshawn King keep adding those properties to dealmachine! We have found that when it comes to driving for dollars, you have to find AT LEAST 200 run down looking houses, and follow up with them 3 times each over the course of several weeks, in order to get a deal. Keep on going!

It is a helpful way to capture properties as you are out in the field or doing driving for dollars! When we add new marketing techniques to our business we try to stick with it for at least 1 year to measure results! I'll have much more data in a few months!

Hi Stephen, love that you are getting going and already had some good leads! Awesome mindset about sticking with new marketing techniques for at least a year to fully test them out

 I think you're onto something!

Keep hustling and be consistent (whether you use dealmachine or not). consistency is key and if you do that you WILL get a deal. :)

We provide the current owner in the app, and we get the data directly from your county!

I feel like it should just be a flat rate every month for like 100 mailers or so and then if you go over 100 mailers you are charged the $0.99 a mailer. Instead of essentially being charged twice. Or if the tracking my route $20 option was included already with the monthly rate, that would be awesome. Just wanted to add my suggestions. I've gotten two calls from the mailers so far.

Congratulations on getting started! We hope dealmachine helps you follow up without forgetting... Totally get having a small budget when starting out... We price the use of the software separately from mail and mail is just 1 option you have to get in touch with the owner. So if you want to mail letters yourself or with a different service, we always allow you to export your data from dealmachine. We also give you 20 free letters (dealcredits) when you sign up, and you can get more free letters (dealcredits) by sharing your promo code with others under get free leads. We are here for you, wanting to help you in every way we can to be successful!
