@Robert Dubois sounds like you’re off to a great start. My biggest advice would be to make sure you add 200+ distressed properties into DealMachine as soon as you can, and make sure you follow up with all the owners at least 3 times each.

@Jonathan Farber you can integrate DealMachine with Twilio through a third party service called Zapier currently. We are working on making a direct integration for texting and calling next within DealMachine.

@John Halverson keep up the good work! 100 is likely not enough in California. Cold calling is a good idea but you should increase the number of distressed properties as well to 200-500 realistically at a minimum.

Also don't forget this is a numbers game, so if you are driving for dollars, make sure you add at least 200 properties that are run down. And follow up with each one at least 3 times over 3 months at a minimum. Dig deep, but remember don't just get hung up on one property.

@Creston Glover I'm sorry that our search didn't bring you any results for that person's phone number. You can hire a more in-depth search from someone like American Tracers. [Email removed by Moderators] It will cost, but it will likely help you find what you're looking for!

@John Mucilli you can enter these properties into dealmachine 1 at a time (or hire a VA from onlinejobs.ph to do that for you for $4 an hour). Will have a bulk upload feature soon in January for this purpose in DealMachine. Welcome to the DealMachine Family!
