Congrats Dawson! Cheers for a better year #2024. Let's try to connect and see how we can help grow your business in the TX market or maybe even other states. Our niche is to help investors to diversify and grow their portfolio in real estate and also making sure they have the smoothest process like a Disneyland experience to the clients.
Appreciate it! Let’s connect

Congrats Dawnson, If you don't mind me asking , what were you doing prior to real estate ?
- why did you make the switch ?
- What do you feel help set you up for success and the meet your goal on 20 homes sold?
I was in the Air Force. I knew that I wanted to get into real estate as I got closer to the end of my career. This is how I’m building my wealth.
What helped set me up for success was/is always learning and asking questions. Always marketing and letting people know what I do and what I’ve done. Also, not being the realtor that chases the paycheck and instead, focus on the client’s goals

I’m a realtor/investor in the Austin, Temple, and San Antonio markets. I’m working with a home builder that’s looking to do big things in 2024 and I also have some personal investment goals to achieve. Would love to talk over coffee and share ideas

ISO an investor interested in off market properties and pocket listings. I’m a realtor who comes across off market properties on a regular basis. I’m looking to expand my investor network.
I have homes suited for flips and rentals in a wide variety of different areas, conditions, and prices. I do require a signed buyer rep agreement for the specific properties I share. You don’t need to use me as your solo agent for another property, just the ones I find and share.
I work In the San Antonio, Austin, and Temple/Killeen markets

This has been a very busy year for me. I switched brokerages to my current one in March with a goal to sell 20 homes by the end of the year. Today, I closed on 18 total homes in the Austin, Temple, and San Antonio markets. Also, I bought my 2nd property in May and turned my first one into a rental. (Both VA loans). Next year, I'm planning on closing 40 deals and purchasing my 3rd investment

If you don’t like some things with your agent, give them your feedback. Otherwise they won’t know any better. They’re not supposed to be sending offers without your review. With the bidding war thing, I can see why’d you think they might be chasing the commission. However, at the same time, that might just be the market you’re in. Either way, you’re the final authority

A huge difference. Especially if you get one that works full time. With that being said, you should choose one that you can get along with. The right agent will correctly market your property, negotiate the best deal for you, prevent you from getting into any legal issues, and actively walk you to the finish line.
