@Hattie Dizmond Thank you for responding. Do you use two separate contracts for when you're purchasing the property from the seller and when you're selling it to a buyer?
Does anyone know how to print on A2 envelopes? I was trying to save money on marketing by doing it myself but I can't get Microsoft Office to print on the envelopes. It says that it doesn't meet the minimum size requirements.
Also what's a good site to create your own font? I was trying to write the letters out by hand until I realized I couldn't read my writing (thanks to technology). Does anyone have any suggestions to make this process simpler?
Thank You In Advance

I have a few assignment contracts and a few purchase contracts. I'm not sure which contract to use when doing wholesaling and fix & flip?

@Gary Shaw What size is your envelope and your letter?
When sending out letters for direct mail what size paper and envelope should you use? I was told to use 8.5 x 11 sized paper and a small envelope like the type used for a party invitation.
