@Jim Viens @Account Closed I haven't seen the statute or law myself. I've been asking different title companies if they would do double escrows and that was the response I received.

@Gordon Cuffe @Jim Iorio I actually spoke with them yesterday and now they don't do it anymore. That's the reason for this post. I will have to work on finding buyers if that is the only way. I don't have any buyers yet so now I know why type to focus on. Thank you for responding.

In my Kansas City (Kansas and Missouri) Double Escrow is now illegal. How do you handle Assignment contracts without parties having a problem with the amount of profit?
@Mark Pedroza I checked Placer County
@Dev Horn Since you've started using US Probate Leads what's your Lead to Deal Ratio?
@Lafi S. If you don't mind me asking what methods did you use to obtain the leads from your courthouse? I've always been told they are hard to come by. Most courthouses charge you to get the records and don't allow more than 10 records at a time. Being that I work full time if I have a chance to get to the courthouse I want to make the best of my visit.

@Mark Pedroza I checked your county's courthouse website and my county doesn't offer the same info on their site. Instead I sent them an email to see if that info is available to the public. Thank you for responding.
