@Ryan Dossey I told the seller 30 days he wanted it in 7days. I told him I would try to get it closed. It was my first contract I wasn't going to back down from the challenge I'd rather fail than not try. I've already posted the property in the housing offered section of CL. Looking for any medium to get it done.

@Ryan Dossey what else did you post your property on other than CL? I just got a property under contract and need it sold by Friday. Any help would be appreciated.

@Michael Quarles which method has worked best for you?

@Michael Quarles what postcard design seems to work best for you? Do you use just a plain yellow postcard or do you use the glossy postcards? I'd be using it for the absentee list and the inheritance list.

@Chas Fabiano awesome keep me posted on what method you used and your results. I'm designing a postcard now to have sent out for an absentee list. I'm still deciding on what to do for my inheritance list.

@Chas Fabiano yes I can't afford too many mistakes and I've had already a few so my next step will have to be more calculated. What have you tried so far?

@Jerry Puckett the UsLeads list was definitely a miss for me but I'm not giving up just looking for a better way to do it. I need better results this go around.

@Michael Quarles which letter would you use for the inheritance list from UsLeads and the absentee list from ListSource? My marketing budget is very limited so I can't afford to keep missing when I swing. Thank you Michael.

@Jerry Puckett yes I used the usleads list. I purchased the absentee list to give it a whirl and I'm currently searching for probates in my county. I'm willing to try anything that can be done with the amount of spare time I have. I work a lot so knocking on doors would be out the question. I'm trying to save funds to get something like REI blackbook to drive leads in through the internet. If you have any pointers it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
