Hi Everybody!

My son is starting at GA Tech in the Fall 2021 and we are considering buying a property in the area vs. living on campus.

I'm curious to know if Kyle moved forward with this?

Also, If anyone else is familiar with investing in this area, or is also interested in investing in this area,  please reach out to me.

I know this post is a little old but I've just finished a refi and need to store liquid funds until my next deal.   

Citibank is now offering 2.05% and Capital one is offering 1.80%.  I'm wondering if I can do better in another short term investment and still get it out in 2-3 weeks as needed when a deal firms up.

Any more ideas?  Thanks in advance.

Roger Herring at Investors Accounting has presented at the Way Down South Atlanta REIA meet up in Newnan. He specializes in accounting for RE investors. I have not used him though. Sounded very knowledgeable.
