Asking too high of rent, because only problem renters apply, and having an up/down duplex, neighbor issues.

Hey All,
Can any of you tell me if there is a landlord's association in Arizona that helps with forms and education about landlord and tenants rights laws? I am in the process of buying a home that is rented in the San Tan Valley.

Multiple estimates. Then when I call them to do the job, they either don't respond back or say send me half the money and we will get to you when we get to you. We had a major spring hail storm and al the roofers have more work than they can handle. I met him through another contractor that uses him. I was reluctant to use him for multiple reasons, but wanted to learn from the real experts here in this forum. By the way, flat roofs are a pain in the rear.

I have a guy who wants to do a roof job for me on the side. He works for a licensed roofer, but is not insured or licensed himself. Should I run away and why? By the way, it would save me about $2000.

I just made one. I bought 8 gallons of paint that looked really good on the paint card, but not nearly as good on the house. Oh well, it's not the worst color either. I suggest you buy 1 gallon at first, then it's easy and inexpensive to change.

Ryan S,
It is near the Cubs Stadium. Do you think it will rent well there?
