Bab, We use Lifetime tax, they have done really well for us in the past, and are almost exclusively focused on Real Estate Investors.

@Michael Guzik What we have done in the past is post here and on Facebook investor pages asking other investors if they are interested in just meeting up somewhere. You can try to set it up at a local library or if the weather is nice enough a park, then there's no cost to anyone.

I've heard multiple times that the divorce list is the best use of marketing dollars. You deal with a lot of very sad stories, but the response rate/close rate I'm told is far superior.

We use Patten Law Firm as our closing attorney in DFW and in Houston, TX. They have a very good system.

@Daniel Gearner I believe that the time you spend networking with other investors is some of the highest and best use of your time. I learn all sorts of ideas and perspectives, they may have a property that their looking to wholesale and I am able to help others which is just as rewarding. There are a ton of great meetups if you go on meetup.com.

I would check out Lifestyles unlimited in your city. We signed on and they have a $500 2 day class of 16 hours, first day is learning how to find, fund, and run single family, duplex, triplex, Quad. The second day is the same information in regards to 5+ - 800 unit apartment complexes.
