@jeff B.  Thanks for your reply. My tenant is going to pay for the work. I will use a licensed electrician. I would never let him do any modifications to the home.

@tayenguyen thanks for your reply. It's a 200 amp panel. The electrical is all new.  The home is complete remodel

My tenant requested if I can install a 220volt outlet in the garage. Any idea on how much this would cost me? He wants to get a welding machine. Is it dangerous to do this? Do I have a liability should something happen while his doing that? Please help

My tenant wants to purchase a welding unit and  ends a 220 volt outlet for it. The AC unit is plugged into a 220volt outlet but it's not accessible.
1.Is it okay to get a 220 volt out installed? 

2. My tenant said he would pay for it, and WA to to know how much it would be. So how would I go about setting this up legally? 

3. Should I accommodate him in the first place? 
Please advise as I want to take the appropriate steps.  Thanks y'all.

@Mindy Jensen when I tag someone on my desktop and they are Not my colleague I am still able to tag them,  only when I do it on my phone via the BP app I am unable to tag.??

Investors prefer holding money in an LLC account rather than personal bank account...is the tax fees etc worth the investment, I say yes.
