Hi my friends,

I hope that you are feeling grand! I have create more than 5 Craigslist accounts. Posted some ads yet everything gets flagged. Here is what I am doing, please direct me to the right direction.

MY QUESTIONS :I post in (housing offered, an housing wanted -for sale by owner-) is there certain places I should be posting in? , how to not get flagged? how many times a day can I post? everyday?

- the only place i put my phone number is on the picture that i attach to the posting

- I am using three different versions of posts. Different wording.

- I am using those three versions with each account.

- dont know if this would matter. They all have a link to direct people to a google form that sellers can fill out.

I appreciate your answers my friends . And I hope this question benefits others as well .

Thank you

are any of these things the reason i get deleted? or is it just competition deleting my ads?

any suggestions? Thanks BP in advanced

If you know what you want, tell them. If not, ask them to help you get smart. John Bevans gave you a seminar in his one post on the how-tos. The advice to go to real estate investor meetings is great. You will meet real people who want to do business and help other real people.

Good luck.

Yes thank you. There is a local wholesaling meeting two blocks away from my house that I found online, I will go an network an rub so knowledge off of local wholesalers

I'm not in the wholesale business but I know there are plenty of people looking for a good deal. If you market for sellers the buyers will find you. "I BUY HOUSES" bandit signs are good for sellers and buyers. Buyers know those signs are typically wholesalers. So the buyers will call to get on your list. Just my 2 cents.

Good Luck!

Thank you Joey ! I created 10 craigslist accounts, will be buying bandit signs. I will market myself. an find a deal as you recommended

Sounds like you might want to slow down your reading and try again bro. I can easily tell you the answer to your question but that's not what real estate investing is about. You have to take time learn things then ask questions when you get stuck.

Most people that ask how to find buyers and marketing for buyers haven't taken the time to try to learn on their own. They just stick their hands out. Grind and you'll figure it out bro.

Good luck with everything...

Ok I will re-read it. thanks

Hi my friends.

**This topic is about wholesaling***

so as far as my understanding (noting that i do not have any cash or resources yet)

that the first step is to build a buyers list .... you agree? ok

Now HOW ?

Who?

Where?

What should I say when I speak to the people that you suggest? scripts maybe?

please provide me with steps (ex step 1 , 2 , 3). sadly i have read too much books and heard so many things I do not know where to start.

I appreciate your answers my friends . And I hope this question benefits others as well .

Thank you
