@Marc Rice, @Patrick Drury I hear you that properties are going quick, but in your area are these properties for homeowners or are investors buying them and are they cashflowing?

@Jason Hopkins, @Brandon Koster I wholely agree with you both, plan to stay on the lookout for good properties whether I come across now or in a few weeks or a few months.  Keeping my eyes and ears open for possiblities. 

Hello Bigger Pockets! I know the market has been pretty hot overall this past year.  With that said, wanting to know if there are areas within the US where investors are still buying, cautiously buying or waiting for the sale to begin.

Personally in the areas I'm looking, last year was able to get 3 properties.  This year I'm hard pressed to find a property that makes sense.

@Allan Bishop Jr. Could I get dates of meetups for 2021 or any other information on this group that you feel would be of benefit.

@Allan Bishop Jr. @Alex Sabio @Douglas Miller and everyone else in the Knox-Elizabethtown group. Wanted to say hello and introduce myself Diana, and my husband Julio. We are currently investing in the southwest suburbs of Chicago area. Planning on moving to this area of KY in the near future and hope to find some good properties starting 2021, before we move. Planning to make it to a meetup as soon as possible.

@Felise Plata Welcome!   Joliet and surrounding areas are great for rentals.  Just like @Joseph Cameron most of us in the area don’t mind sharing our journey.  Joliet has a meetup, on hold right now, hope we can meet again soon.  Try asking any specific questions in the forum or clarification on ideas you have.
