As a real estate agent i was seriously considering paying a bunch of money to get my website on the first page of google.  Is it going to be worth it? Any tips?

@Dev Horn oh okay. So peoples opinions don't change on whether they like to advertise in the news paper or hold open houses?  or knock on 100 surrounding houses?

@Devon Garbusbecause there is only one way to market a property besides the mls right? if that were the case it wouldn't matter too much about the agent you choose.

i need a good marketing plan as a real estate agent that i can show my seller.  What is a good plan that you use?

I need a marketing plan to show the seller how i am going to sell his home.

What are some marketing plans besides just listing it on the MLS
