Right now i am currrently a real estate agent.

i want to start flipping houses and owning rental property as soon as possible.  I need to make some money before i jump into either of  those but am wondering which route  i should take.

Currently i am an agent. but i am wondering if becoming a property manager would give me more experience + more weekly pay?

Opinions?

lol @Scott Carder .. didnt seem like much advice was given. looks to me like hes just mad. so many people in this BP community whine over the smallest things. why comment on a post if you are going to completely avoid the question that was asked?

@Nathan Gesner  USofA wasn't built on taxing everyone to death . Especially when the tax money goes to a lot of waste like everything the government handles.

i want to start purchasing rental property for myself. but until that i want to make income.  does being a property manager give me any extra leverage as an agent?  usually when the owners want to sell they would list it through me since im the prop manager
