who typically makes more money?  agents keep telling me that realtors make more income over flippers and i keep telling them otherwise.

average agent vs average flipper = flipper makes more

as a REALTOR could i list my own house cheap, but not sell it?

this way, when buyers see it on zillow, they call me and then i have buyers that will sign with me

referrels are best but it can take quite a while.

is cold calling the next best? what type of people is the best?  i call expireds and fsbo every morning but there are only 1 or 2 that pop up which is not enough and i need a solution

i have a 10 unit plus a 4000 sq ft building that i am interested in purchasing. the problem is that there is very very little parking....

anyway creative ways to add parking to the building?
