Keller williams has their own way of doing pre listing packets.  i was wondering if there is a better version out there that you like

Do you think doing video presentations before a listing presentation help a lot? is it worth buying

in this market im trying to figure out the best way to get more listings.... i am 8months into the business and dont mind at all picking up the phone and prospecting for buyers......

i used vulcan7 to call fsbo and expireds every morning. the problem is that there is sooo much competition.

what do you think of the old expired list from say 2010? think i would have a better success rate?

all agents do something different.  I understand that learning the scripts is very very important, but once people know them they seem to veer off of them and some are much better then others....

What can i do to help me get more listings?
