Shawn Henderson what’s the Arv for each property? How long will it take to complete rehab?

I’m always firm with lenders who say they do 90% to 100%. Sounds like a scam. Are you searching for lenders who do 100%?

Most hard money lenders when reviewing tax returns they just want to review for fraud. I have a client who showed negative on his tax returns but we was still able to underwrite him based on the Property, his experience, credit score and 2 months bank statements. The second option is to find a lender who don’t require tax returns for flips. Typically most does if you looking for best terms.
