Jennylynn Caldona you will need a business loan. Let me know if you need help or want more information. Most lenders will need to know about the gross and net income. Will may need last 12 months bank statements. Your credit score, an executive summary and professional grade resume from yourself.

I don't know if this will work but what if a lender could have you preapproved with a certain amount (let's say $500,000). Could you use that preapproved letter or whatever they use to show the owner you have the funds ready to go. Then perhaps close in a few weeks.

I also use an iPhone with latest update. I thought it was just me. Even when I reply to a thread is says "something went wrong"

that's fine. So will they still need to bring to the table 30% plus closing costs since you go up to 70% of the after-construction value?
