Im starting out flipping houses with a partner of mine in Florida. Any advice or tips for running a partnership flipping houses? How you guys handled the money? Hat you did to prepare for the business?
Natalia Collini Mark Manship I was looking into investing in small multi family properties. And my goal was to either work with an investor and do the work to learn along the way or just to find a partnership for lending on purchasing a property. I'm willing to do all the work involved, and definitely give a percentage, I just want to learn!

Hello! I'm going to be purchasing properties in another state, if the house needs some TLC would you recommend hiring a project manager to run the show while I'm gone or no?
I am looking for an awesome individual that I could possibly partner with for a deal in Florida. This is my first deal so I would love to do the work and learn along the way.

Hans Re I am looking to invest in multifamily properties to rent out for now due to me living in Japan. So I would want to purchase the property, fix it up, and get a property manager to run it. I could explain in more detail my plans if you want.

I'm looking to buy my first investment property in Florida and I'm currently living in Japan. Any Floridians or investors know of any good neighborhoods? Project managers? Etc. etc. etc.?
Depending on your budget and labor you want to do you could scrap all the popcorn off or just replace the drywall
