I am currently looking at investing in New Jersey to buy and hold. However the property taxes are expensive and eat into a lot of the cash Flow, any other investors who deal with this have ideas?

Buy and hold for right now

Looking to buy investment properties in the medford area and Gloucester County area. Anyone have a good agent recommendation?

Found an REO in a neighborhood being sold for $80,500 in a neighborhood where homes are being sold for 200K to 300K on Zillow. Has anyone run into a situation where it was a typo or a mistake on the site? I found out that the pictures don't match the actual property but the stats match the real property.

@Adam Adams I'm looking for the least expensive most creative way possible. But however because I am not currently living in the states I currently cannot be around a good bit to really get this moving which makes it tricky. How do you think I should go about this? I find myself really leaning toward a hard money lender, what do you think?
