Woods Pepperman thank you for your reply sir! I will actually be getting out from the military in 2019 so when we move to Florida I plan on purchasing our first home with the VA loan. I'm nervous however on getting out and not sure what to expect.
Hello! Me and my wife will be moving to around Miami in a little more than a year and I wanted to make contacts and network a bit to see what's going on in the area. It doesn't matter to me what you are, just looking to make great contacts in the area :) Talk to you guys soon!

Hello everyone! I'm a brand new investor and I'm trying to solve a road block I have. I currently live in Japan so I've been trying to figure out where to invest. I'm probably going to be moving to Colorado from here so I've been looking there but right now the prices are out of my range for investment properties. But I was looking into Florida before I was looking at Colorado. Should I just stick with Florida for now then when I move invest in Colorado? Any advice is really appreciated.
Ever look into Subject 2 loans?

Ed E. Chad Hawkins I won't be moving to Colorado until 2019. You think the market will be better then? I think right now Colorado just has a lot of hype at the moment.

I'm going to be investing out of state and the only area that I do know is too expensive for me to really make any money there right now. Does anyone have ideas on how to pick a state to invest? I'm thinking of moving to Colorado in a few years, but I'm open to anyone's suggestions. Thanks!
