well i guess it's normal stuff like cracked sidewalks , retaining walls are leaning a little . One inspector even told me that one of my wood steps leading to the front door was a little angled and needed to be replaced .he said he didn't like it . And they said I needed garage doors . Although I told them it was like a carport not necessarily a garage . Main lesson to be learned is to get them out there so they can tell u what to fix and fix it . When it comes to tenants the best thing u can do is screen them as best as possible . And have as many rules as u can do that people that don't like rules don't rent your apartments . Neighborhood I see rough but I never say I'm an investor just take careful of the property it's better that way

@Ibrahim Hughes you are 100% correct they are very picky with things getting done to obtain the C O . I just wish I knew this going in so I would take that into consideration with my repair costs . But that's how u learn and thank u
