@wayneBrooks to still qualify for that 1031 exchange does it have to be one single purchase of a property that adds up to more then the amount he sold his last house . Or can it be multiple purchases that add up to that amount . In the given time period of course . Just curious .

I agree Tim, taxes are high but as long as u move quickly in the flip and the numbers are right it will work out . There are definitely buyers out there u just gotta provide the houses . No one said it was easy .

I agree with you . With people from NY moving to northern jersey at an incredible pace . The demand is high . The inventory is there.

I agree . Just start with as many as u can then everyday try to do more and more . The main thing is to start ! The rest will come I promise . Many times we think we can't and as soon as we start trying we see that we can .
Welcome to Bigger Pockets . Stay focused and extremely positive

I wouldn't take it too personal . It's business. I would give him a second chance . Sometimes things are read a certain way but are meant to be heard differently.

Welcome to BP !!
That's a great goal helping while still making profits . I agree with that 100%.
I think it's a great idea . A creative way to increase profits and work together . I like that everyone would be working together but individually at the same time . It should also help prevent people breaking in the property if u guys can work out a system for that too. I'm sure people like to feel their investments are safe and not being broken into . I say great idea
