Hello @Raymond Keaulana,

Welcome to Bigger Pockets - there is a lot of good resources on this website.

Since you are looking for a very specific connection you might want to set up your keyword alerts. At least you will be able to get alerts related to your specific topic and can make connections once the criteria are met.

Good Luck in your RE journey and keep us updated on your success stories.

Hello @James H.,

Welcome to Bigger Pockets. It is a great community of experience real estate investors. There is a lot of good information on this website - take your time and check out the tools. I truly value the resources that BP provides.

If you are looking to purchase MF you might want to research the areas surrounding colleges such as UCF or UF campuses.  These types of properties are common near college campuses: duplex, triplex, and so on.

Good Luck in your RE journey and keep posting.

Hello @Robert Boyer,

We have a Networth office in Tampa, Florida; and, I have communicated with several of their employees within the last few months.

Both Zach Welner and Robbie Aurie are Bigger Pockets members. Maybe you should contact them directly and see if they will answer some of your questions.

Good Luck.

P.S. - To date, my experience with Zach and Robbie has been positive.

@Ken Weiner and @Kumar Paj,

We had a short consultation with Anderson Business Advisor last week. I am still researching their legal plan (reviewing online comments, video, and BBB ratings); and, would also appreciate your feedback if you decide to hire them.

Keep us posted and I will do the same. Thanks.

@Jonathan Rokh

Hello Jonathan,

Interesting property!  What is the building year?

Also, you have two different prices listed one at the top ($44,900) and one within your message ($47,900) which one is correct?

Thanks
