Post: New to EVERYTHING how do I find Financing

Hello Bobby,

Congratulations on taking the first step.

Unfortunately, the financing is one of the hardest aspects of investing. There are hard money lenders (by recommendations), private lenders (thus far I have not gotten funding thru), normal conventional bank loans, mortgage companies like Zeus (guarantee funds letter), and funding for flipping. Bigger Pockets forum does have a link at the top of the page with some of these financial options. You might want to contact a few or post on that specific forum to see if you can get someone to reply.

Whatever you do - do not give up on your goals!  It will get difficult, but keep trying until you succeed.

Good Luck.

Welcome to Bigger Pockets!

You are now among investor friends. Take your time and learn your techniques: wholesaling, fix/flip, or buy and hold. Whatever you do, we wish you the best and we as a community are available to provide feedback.

Good luck.

Hello @Malika Gibbs,

Welcome to Bigger Pockets!

There are a lot of opportunities on this website to meet investors, network, mentors, and numerous learning resources. I suggest if you are eager to learn, keep reaching out to the BP community. Use the key alarm features and search tools, narrow down your target market.

Good luck and I look forward to reading your future post.

Wow, I am so happy Bigger Pockets provides this website with informative learning opportunities. My business partner just spoke with a WCAP representative and I decided to research the company.  And, as always BP has saved me money and financial pain!  If you check BBB website for UT there are at least six complaints on WCAP, which several address the company's services, products, and guarantees.

I want to thank everyone on this discussion who provided information and facts on WCAP -- because knowledge is power. @Allan Smith thanks for your feedback.

@Marelyn Valdes,

That explains it - we were just in that area of Busch and Dale Mabry; wondering who purchase/built an identical image of UT Henry B. Plant Museum. Wow

@David Battle,

What are your criteria -- ARV and profit margin you are looking for?

I can check our inventory and/or HV colleagues to see if there is something of interest...
