Hey guys I am in the Atlanta market and I am looking at getting back into acquiring properties. I lost 4 of my properties when the market tanked in 06. My dilemma now is that I have about $50k on hand but my. Credit isn't the best. If this was your current situation, what would be your next best move? Thank you guys for any advise that you can provide.
