Hello BP family,

I have list of address and the owners first and last name. Does anyone knows about a service where i can upload this list and get all the home owners phone numbers? My goal is to call this list instead of sending them yellow letters

Hey  @Brady Williams good job for taking action. I would try to aim for 150 mailers. when person call make sure you take address, general info "bed, bath, basement, garage, brick, frame, does it need repair, roof, bathroom ETC". Than the most important thing is to assess for motivation. Why and how fast are they trying to sell?
