@Joe EbanksI dont think they will be sufficient unless you have a large background in maintenance or construction. These are more to comply with states that need licensing, most of the video will always tell the home inspector to recommend a expert in the field to look into more because of liability. You are close enough that I could tag along on a few houses to look at and show you what we look for. PM me and we can talk

@Marc M.Tax title services will pull the notices too, u would be required to tell them about the known flaw and they wont be insuring over that. Whats the value of property? Is it worth hanging on to for 5-10 years? Quiet title is always the best route, not the cheapest or fastest though. I have done alot of these so no legal advice but let me know if I can help.

@Jasmine GreenWelcome to BP, sounds like you can do alot of the work yourself, that will help. Alot of people give back, just remember its a business so you can give back what you dont make, just saying, however that said I admire your spirit.

@Logan Allecactually if you check out

http://www.iralending.com/ira-residential.htm#Loan...

you can stretch your IRA dollars for purchasing real estate. There are some others out there too, just giving an example.

Addi tonally I know you can partner with your IRA to do a flip, but vague on the details.

No legal or accounting advice.
