Need something to fund me at whatever age *I'm* ready!

Looks like we're all on the same page! Thanks for commenting

I'll be thinking of your Social Media post (forgot what platform it was on- of you saying that you bought playoff tickets and are leaving for a football game across the country) when I close my first deal this year. That's the kind of freedom we're after.. the freedom of options. Thanks for commenting!

Aside from the "I want to be my own boss," or "I want financial freedom" etc, etc... Why do YOU invest in real estate?

Is it because you want to be like Brandon Turner and leave life for a few days to attend a football game across the country?

Are you someone who just generally wants to improve your community and put the "slum lord" title to rest?

Are there some other reasons?

I'm a very new "investor" and currently analyzing my first deals (looking to house-hack a duplex with my  girlfriend after my apartment lease is up.) I'm doing it for the cliche' reasons that I stated at the very top, but mostly because i'm very business minded and have been since I was very little, and real estate has been something  that has stolen my life (Because it's all i can think, read, and talk about!!) and just seems like my ideal outlet for those business thoughts, ideas, and energy.

Thanks for reading, post below if you would like to share YOUR reasons for investing in real estate.

I haven't read the other comments and maybe it's been said.. but a good idea would be to possibly get their parents to co-sign if that's an option!

Buy a lottery ticket because you're on a roll... that's an incredible deal on paper!

I hope it only gets better for you, awesome!!

I was just reading a blog somewhere about this very topic!

I think it's an awesome idea.. Even if you send them something as simple as nice coffee mugs or a card, it all goes a very long way!

Also, maybe don't forget about your tenants the rest of the year, maybe a barbecue for your tenants?
