Thanks for stopping by my post... do I have your attention?
I'm going to get involved with real estate EVENTUALLY, so why wait?
I've burned the ships and am not changing my mind, I'm committed, I'm going to be involved with real estate in some form or another, so what do you recommend I could be doing RIGHT NOW?
I've reached out to some of the biggest players in my county (ran into a big player at the YMCA, we are now friends on a texting basis!) and he's put me in contact with one of his agents who invests and flips houses. That agent has agreed to bring me on with his next flip, although that might not be until Spring.
My plan is to wait until my apartment lease is up (9 months...) while working and building up more reserves, etc. I currently work 8-4 as a Structural Molder (Steel architect essentially..)
I'm going to buy (possibly rehab,) and house hack a Duplex.
With all of that said surely there is more I could be doing right this moment without waiting for that first deal.. I can only read so much and listen to so much before I actually make a move.
If there's anyone in my area that could use help with ANYTHING please reach out to me.
Comment below, I look forward to chatting with everyone who decides to participate!
Thanks BP Community~
