I was always wondering if it was the best route, and after reading this I'm convinced it's the best way to go. I hit a lot of road blocks when it comes to working with real estate agents. I think getting my license will help me jump those hurdles. Thanks for the great article!!

@Krista Mcknight I purchased 12x18 yellow blank plastic signs from dirtcheapsigns.com. I usually charge $1.00 per sign and have them take pictures of where they post them.

Are there any recommendations for possible mentors in the Kansas City area? I am a wholesaler willing to intern for someone who can show me the ropes. I work a 9 to 5, but am available evenings and weekends to do whatever is necessary to help whoever can help me!
