Hi Brian,

Is your 401k with a current or previous employer? That makes a significant difference on what option to take because one will come with penalties and the other not.

Hi Alleah,

The first thing I would ask is do you have a preference of geography (staying local) or are you more interested in making the best return? Second, do you want to do all the work? Rehab, find tenants, manage… or do you want all that done for you through a turnkey option? Figuring out those two things first will make a big difference in how you move forward and the results you accomplish. I hope that helps and best of luck!

Wow... In my opinion and experience with multi's this is way overpriced! I have seen way better options in the Kansas City Market that perform much better for less. If you are interested in seeing the difference for a comparison PM me. I hope that helps and best of luck!

I have personally found great success in different parts of Ohio like Cleveland and Dayton, along with the Kansas City market. If you have specific questions regarding these two PM me. I hope that helps and best of luck!

@Jezelle John

You might want to consider Turnkey Properties which have already been rehabbed, with tenants and property management in place. If you are interested in the Kansas City market or even Dayton OH, feel free to PM and I can show you some options that may be a great fit for you. I hope that helps and best of luck!

Hi Jeb, it's hard to answer your question in the best way possible to benefit you if we don't know what kind of deal you are looking for. Cap rate goals? COC return goals? Passive? Multi's? Single? AirBnB? I think you would get better advice if you were a bit more specific.

Hi Ryan,

May I ask why you are limiting yourself to those specific areas if say you could acquire a property that fit's within that budget in an A-class area somewhere else that could give double the returns you are looking at under the same parameters? In my experience, I have just found that your ROR is usually much more important than the geography of where it's coming from. Why limit your gains due to location if you don't have to?
