I can't stand scammers. I had someone legit take my listing as their own. When I contacted them (pretending to be a prospective tenant) they went through this whole spiel trying to collect sensitive information. I'm sure people send an application to them and steal their identities.

Great topic! And I am curious to find out how you handled it. As a newbie wholesaler I spent way too much time spinning my wheels. As a former social worker I spent way too much talking lol. I want to learn how to reel them in over the phone so that when I get there they just sign the contract.
