By all means, check with your CPA, but I cannot imagine that a C-corp would be the entity of choice. Good luck.

We had the same options and went for one that is right in the middle of the action. We decided that being within walking distance was the most important factor. Good luck.

I would start by calling my loan officer to see if he is interested. If the answer is yes, he can tell you what information the bank will want to review. Good luck.

When we propose owner financing to a seller, we usually offer a note with a 30 year amortization and a 5 year balloon. Good luck.
