Matthew Post Since your CPA is already familiar with your situation, he or she will be in the best position to advise you on how to categorize and report expenses and income. Your lawyer can form an LLC for you, if that's the way you decide to go. Good luck.
Agree with the others on this thread. Tackle debt first. The decision isn't too hard because you can't really invest until your personal balance sheet is on good order. Good luck.

Given the limitations and choices you posit, a series LLC would be by far the most economical route. Otherwise, your transaction costs will consume much of your upside.
