Good to hear. I'm going to take a closer look at Think Multifamily.
Actually, I own my own investment group. We buy, hold, and wholesale multifamily property in Texas, Ohio, and Indiana. Most of our wholesale deals are in the 2-20 unit range. However, we've recently started running across several ~40-60 unit properties. One of my acquisition managers let me know a lead on a 300 unit complex just came in, so that will be interesting. These are properties owners calling us to sell their properties.
I'm actually looking for someone, or a group, that we can partner with to take some of these larger properties down. Hate to let these just go.
If you know of anyone on the hunt for property like that, please let me know. We might be able to make something happen.

Hi @Emily HouserI've been researching Think Multifamily as well. I attended one of their meets up back in December. They seem like the real deal. Good to hear that you are happy with the results and congratulations on getting to 2K units! That is phenomenal! I'm interested in their program.
My group buys, holds, and wholesales multifamily property. I'm regularly running across 40-200 unit properties. Looking for a team that we can partner with to take some of these down.
